Newly appointed Zimbabwe Electoral Commission ( ZEC) chair Justice Priscilla Chigumba has promised Zimbabweans a free and fair harmonised poll in 2018.
“One thing I am sure of is that once I get in office ,I have to offer free and fair elections and it my mandate,” said Justice Chigumba after being sworn at the State House.
She also highlighted that she is aware of the concerns raised especially from opposition parties and she will work and deliver.
